We can't tell you how much a project costs (yet), because there are just too many variables and options.
But we can talk in generalities and offer some questions to consider:
How many people will be involved, how many hours will be needed, etc.
Obviously developing a 40 person international call centre is going to have very different costs than scheduling system for a power wash company with 6 people.
Is there a contract required?
Depends on the project, but there is usually some fixed short term deliverables then we often continue month to month
What is the range?
I generally prefer to have a few mid-sized ongoing clients rather than dozens of small ones, so not much point to take on a project if it doesn't generate $1500/month.
On the high end, we may sign on for large projects such as creating a new complex custom CRM that can take months to fully develop, a recent example was priced at $8,200/month for a minimum 24 month contract
(they had been quoted $185,000 half down to start, 6 months to deliver...we had them soft launched in 30 days and then gradually deployed all the functionality over 6 months)
We created an entire Inbound and Outbound call centre system, for agents to work from anywhere using computer to make/receive calls.
